Se acaba el año 2013, y que mejor manera que ver los discos y singles que mas lo han pegado este año....Aparece tu artista favorito en la lista?

En la lista no aparecen, las que para muchos, han sido las protagonistas del año. Lorde y Miley Cyrus. Artistas que difieren y mucho entre ellas, la neozelandesa Lorde ha sido la revelación del año, y Miley Cyrus....¿qué decir que no se haya dicho ya de ella?Pues sí, que ha sido la protagonista del año.
No hay duda que la canción que mas lo ha acabado pegando este año ha sido "Blurred Lines" ,ya expresé mi poco aprecio por la canción hace unos meses en este blog...Aunque ha habido pelotazos como "Wake me up" "Roar" o en estos últimos dos meses "Timber" y "The monster".
En cuanto a álbumes, otro año mas las ventas vuelven a caer y han sido pocos los discos que han rebasado los 2 millones a nivel mundial. Aquí tenemos que destacar el protagonismo de Bruno Mars y Justin Timberlake con sus respectivos CD´s, pero a mí me llama especialmente la atención "Random Access Memories" el número 3 de la lista de los más vendidos. Nunca habían tenido tanto éxito Daft Punk como este año, que ha sido su año "revival" con una campaña de marketing perfecta.

In terms of popularity , however, there were two artist that doesn´t appear in this charts. Lorde and Miley Cyrus. They are sooooo different but the two of them were the protagonist of the year for lot of people. Lorde, for being the breaktrough artist of the year, and Miley because of the polemic videoclips and performances.

The song of the year, there´s no doubt that was "Blurred Lines", ahead songs like "Roar" or "Wake me up"

Talking about albums, this year was a mess and there were only a few albums that sold more than 2 million copies...Bruno Mars and Justin are trully album sellers. But the main point (for me) is the 3rd position. The album from the french band Daft Punk.No one can ever imagine that this band (there were never a big seller one...) could take that position in the year end chart, but with a perfect marketing campaign, and of course and excellent quality of the album they conquered the music market.

Congratulations for all of them! This was a good music year :P

"Last Christmas" para mí, LA CANCIÓN de Navidad/ "Last Christmas" the best Christmas song

Si tuviera que poner banda sonora para mis Navidades, siempre eligiría  "Last Christmas" de Wham!, el fantástico grupo británico de los 80´s, del que mas adelante surgió el que para mí es el mejor solista masculino de la historia, George Michael.
Un tema precioso, con un mensaje melancólico, y un vídeo que me encanta!
Qué mas se puede pedir? Nada mas!, FELIZ NAVIDAD A TODOS!

For me there´s a song that represents perfectly Christmas time, and guess what? It´s not "All I want for Christmas is you" by the great Mariah Carey, my fav one is "Last Christmas" sang by the british group Wham!. I´m grateful with this band not only for bringing me this precious song , but for giving the world the best male pop singer of the history, George Michael.
Talking about this song, it´s one of the biggest selling singles of all time, plus being known by everyone in every country in the world. The message of the song is beautiful, and the video it´s a part of music history.
What else? Just wish you a MERRY CHRISTMAS

Eminem is growing up... Video "The Monster"

Digamos que es la conclusión que sacas tras ver el videoclip de Eminem con la omnipresente RiRi. El vídeo es una especie de "perdón público" por lo racista,homófobo, misógino, drogadicto etc etc que ha sido Eminem desde que surgió en la música, intentando decirnos que fue todo un error y que ahora es una nueva persona, claaaaaaaaaaaaaro Eminem claaaaaroo, la cabra tira al monte majo!(tela lo que hay que hacer para vender)
De cualquier modo el vídeo es muy bueno, la canción es el pelotazo de finales de año y Rihanna sale preciosa se mire por donde se mire.

That´s the conclusion after watching the videoclip  of the white rapper and  the omnipresent Rihanna. He tried to convince us that all the past was a mistake , then right now is a new person, more tolerant and open minded....Sure Eminem sure...:S. Could it be that, or it could be that his company wants him to take a new target, who knows haha!
Whatever, the videoclip is cool, Rihanna is superb in all ways, and yes, this is the "monster" ( XD) hit of the end of the year.

Pop Collision detected!!! Gaga and Aguilera juntas!

¡Por dios! ¡Que final de año!! Estas semanas están siendo impresionantes a nivel musical, desde lanzamientos inesperados, fracasos también inesperados, duetos increibles, videoclips polémicos....Wao
Pero hoy las protagonistas de hoy son estas dos rubias. Desde el 2008 han sido constantes las comparaciones y los "supuestos odios" entre ellas....nada mas lejos de la realidad, o de lo que sus propios fans y la crítica internacional intenta que halla.
Ayer se salieron con esta impagable actuación, una perfecta sincronía de sus voces desde luego y un momento esperadísimo en la industria musical.

What an end of the year!! Impressive! In terms of music we have seen polemic videoclips, unexpected fails of untouchable artists, album releases without announcement....and fantastic performances, like this one starring Gaga and Aguilera.
There were a "war" between them since 2008 when Gaga appeared in the public eye, but all of these polemics came from the proper fan bases or from the international press.
But in this presentation (the first time they performed together) we can see that there´s no enmity between them.
It was an excellent performance with a perfect sincronia of their voices

Desde luego que si ha habido una artista protagonista de este fin de semana ha sido ella...@Beyoncé.
Con una estrategia de marketing simplemente PERFECTA, ha conseguido el efecto deseado....arrasar!
Es más, bajo mi punto de vista, ha sido toda una visionaria con la manera de lanzar el disco, sin previo aviso, con 17 videoclips grabados ( :O) y con un hype que se ha extendido cual virus por redes sociales, radios o las propias noticias de televisión.Esto es totalmente contrario a la manera habitual que las artistas del calibre de Beyoncé lanzaban sus trabajos, previamente anunciados con hasta 1 año!
Hoy me gusta mas Beyoncé que ayer....Es ambiciosa, y aunque la haya criticado 10000 veces por su actitud, hoy solo la puedo vitorear.

There´s no doubt that since last Friday there´s a protagonist in the music scene....Beyoncé. She surprised all her fans with the release of her 5th studio album in itunes the same day it was announced, something weird in a artist with the caché of Bey...However the surprise was a commercial success, it´s the fastest selling album by a female singer this year, beating Gaga, Perry, Miley, Britney....and the rest of the girls.
So the company did a great work with this strategy, a PERFECT strategy in terms of marketing. No announce, no promo, just a official release in the same day, a banner all over the web with the direct download in itunes, and a new way of seeing music, each song will have its proper video.
The hype is gettin´bigger with the days, and tomorrow it´s the official launch of the first single "XO"
Today there´s no enmity between Bey and me, and I can only praise her. Good work girl.

The man behind the hits of 2013: Pharrel Williams / El hombre detrás de los éxitos del 2013: Pharrell Williams

Some of you will be wondering who is this guy.Well the answer is simple, this 2013 it´s the only artist with 2 number one worldwide hits and almost another one in the oven...
His name is Pharrell Williams and his work is a mix of collaborations, a proper solo career and specially a strong production and songwriting for all type of artist. Since the late 90´s has been involved in some of the greatest hits in R&B and Pop,  and all of you will remember hits like "I´m a slave 4 U" by Britney Spears, produced by him and his friend Chad Hugo (who formed the 4 times grammy winners The Neptunes) of the whole production of one of the best selling albums of the last decade "The emancipation of Mimi" by Mariah Carey (which the worldwide hit "We belong together")
But more recent, this year 2013 was the great year for him by far...

Muchos os preguntaréis quién es este hombre, pues la respuesta es bastante simple, el único artista del 2013 que ha tenido dos números 1 mundiales, y posiblemente un tercero muy pronto (ya para 2014)
Su nombre es Pharrell Williams, y ha tenido una amplia carrera como artista de colaboraciones, escritor, productor y una carrera en solitario, estando relacionado con algunos de los mayores éxitos de la pasada década, como puedan ser el hit de la Spears "I´m Slave 4 u" o el gran "The Emancipation of Mimi" el regreso musical de Mariah Carey allá por el 2006,

He was the voice of the big "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk, a song that achieve massive success all over the world with its particular style ( a remember of the past decade) I really love it :P
Ha sido la voz detrás del segundo mayor hit del año "Get Lucky" de los franceses Daft Punk, y que además de haber sido un número uno en prácticamente todos los países del mundo, es una maravilla audiovisual.

Despite of hating the song, and the similarity of "Give it to me" by the queen (and my queen) of pop Madonna and the proper Pharrell Williams, "Blurred Lines" has become the song of 2013, and guess who is behind the song? Yessss again Pharrell, it´s the only thing I like of the song...

Ok...a mi esta canción me satura y me recuerda lo injusto que fue el 2008 y el por qué no lo petó "Give it to me" de Madonna (también producida por Pharrel) pero bueno...sería de ser un estúpido no reconocer la repercusión de la canción mas exitosa del año 2013....Que cosas! los dos hits del año cantados por el mismo hombre...

Leaving the featurings, I will focus on the new hit by Pharrel, and this time with no other artists, just a cool song, a nice message and a fresh video, things that are conquering the European markets (as we can see right now in itunes worldwide). For me, there´s no doubt that will be one of the most talked songs of 2014. Mark my words!!Good year Mr @PharrelWilliams.

Esta me gusta más! Y dejando de lado todos los featurings, aquí vemos como se luce el artista, con una canción con mensaje positivo, un video chulo y una voz pariticular, el tema está ya arrasando en muchos mercados europeos, y lo veo como una clara apuesta por uno de los primeros hits del 2014...

Breakout Artist of 2013: Lorde/ Artista revelación del 2013: Lorde

There´s no doubt that the new zealand singer is the most important promise of the music for this 2013.
Her first single "Royals" (which was the protagonist of my first entry in the blog and time give me the reason of this hit) has been one of the most successful songs of the year so far, taking the 1st position in important markets like USA or UK.
However the shadow of the one-hit wonder is chasing after her...Take care Lorde, or you will be the next Carly Rae Jepsen (Call me Maybe) or Gotye (Somebody that I used to know)
But her album "Pure Heroine" has a really good quality, and there´s a chance for her to continue with the worldwide success. We´ll see.

Que este año ha habido una artista revelación que ha destacado sobre todas las demás, creo que no debería haber duda, su nombre es Lorde, es de Nueva Zelanda, e inauguró mi blog allá por Agosto, cuando vaticiné el futuro éxito de su primer single "Royals" y sí...acerté jejejej :P
Tal es así que ha conseguido ser número 1 en países como Estados Unidos o Reino Unido.
Pero la sombra de ser artista de un sólo éxito la persigue....pero me da en la nariz que con lo redondo que es su álbum "Pure Heroine", podría continuar con el éxito del primer single.

In these last months I´ve been listening this band quite a lot, and I´m sure they will be big in a near future. Their last single conquered me in all ways. First of all because is a cover of two of the greatest dance songs of all time "Rhytm of the night" and "Rhytm is a dancer", second, because their vocalist has a very sexy voice, and third, because of the weird video, What else??? 

En estos últimos meses he estado enganchado a los ingleses Bastille, y estoy casi seguro que serán bastante populares en no mucho tiempo. Su último single me ha cautivado desde la primera escucha, el por qué es fácil. Primero se trata de un cover perfecto de dos canciones míticas del dance, siguiendo con lo sensual de la voz del vocalista y acabando con un videoclip que aunque es raro, me encanta. No se le puede pedir mas....

This week was the official release of one of the most wanted albums of the year...the 8th studio album of Britney Spears, the one and only princess of pop.

The album met with mixed reviews by both public and critic. I listened the album several times since last Friday and despite of being a huge fan of Britney I have to consider the album as an inconsistent CD.

Why do I say that?

Starting with the pros, there´s a nice variety of producers and writers which helps the album to being homogenic, from Sia to Guetta or the boring Will.I.am ( blame it on him and his role as the executive producer!!!!)
Songs like "Alien", "Body Ache" or "Now That I Found you" will remain as classics of all her fans, the question is if they have potential as radio singles....but with the attitude of the lazy Britney nowadays it´s really hard to have a huge success with no promo or no presentations, it´s a shame!! but we have to deal with it....
But there´s also bad tracks in the album, something weird in a Britney´s album, and also there´s a feeling that the album was done with some hurries, and just for the purpose to sell her Vegas Tour.
However I´m happy of having the album and hope that some people will give the CD a chance.

Esta semana ha salido el esperado álbum de la princesa del pop, Britney Spears, llamado "Britney Jean". Las críticas no han sido precisamente una maravilla ni por parte de público ni crítica. Pero servidor, que ha estado escuchando el disco desde el pasado Viernes unas 20 veces, no criticaría tanto el producto final, sino una serie de aspectos que hacen que el álbum sea algo inconsistente.
Para empezar, nos encontramos con una variedad enorme de compositores, productores y escritores, desde Sia a David Guetta pasando por el infumable Will.I.am (para mí el mayor culpable del no-perfecto álbum de la Spears y ser el mayor vendedor de humo de la historia de la música).
Bajo mi punto de vista, el CD cuenta con canciones que serán clásicos para todos sus fans en no mucho tiempo, como "Alien" , "Body Ache" o "Now that I found you", el problema es que ahora mismo con la actitud taann trabajadora (nótese la ironía) de la Spears y el poco apoyo de las radios, veo francamente difícil que alguna de estas canciones consiga "petarlo" en los charts, y mas sabiendo que Britney ya no hace presentaciones en galas de premios, etc etc...
Lo malo del disco, además del papel de productor ejecutivo del pesado-Will.I.Am, que ojalá vuelva con los Black Eyed Peas y no salga de ahí...., es que hay temas que se podrían considerar malos, sosos, metidos a presión, que estropea el producto final y que hace que haya una sensación de "disco hecho para vender un tour" (Madonna y su MDNA tienen la culpa jajaja) y hecho a toda pastilla.
Aún así a mi cada día me gusta más y me gustaría que le dierais una oportunidad.

Waooo! It´s the only expression that come to my mind after I saw the whole ceremony...and I think this could easily be the best music  award ceremony in years.
I say this due to the high quality of most of the performances, and the main artists to be highlighted (for me) will be (in order of increasing)
Alucino pepinillos con los American Music Awards de este año, muerto me quedé cuando he visto todas las actuaciones, y no me extrañaría que fuera la mejor gala musical de los últimos años, por la calidad de la mayoría de las presentaciones, y los artistas que bajo mi punto de vista destacaron por orden creciente serían....

4)Macklemore and Ryan Lewis with one of the biggest hit of the year so far, "Can´t hold us", praising the pro-gay spirit of them since they released "The Heist" thanks guys!

3) One of my protegees, Ke$ha plus the annoying Pitbull . For me, the song of the winter and addictive as hell. Despite I´m a big fan of the glitter woman, she could have done even better with the vocals, but the effect of the performance in itunes/radio etc is really huge. Here´s "Timber"

Que es una de mis protegidas, a poco que hayáis leido mi blog os habréis dado cuenta, y aunque es el temazo del Invierno (Pitbull cansino!!!, pero eres un crack la verdad...) Ke$ha y Pitbull hicieron una buena presentación con Timber, pero podría haber estado mucho mejor en el tema de los vocales, de todos modos el tema ha subido como la espuma en radios y itunes desde la actuación.

2) Ok...She´s not inside my favourite singer list, however her performance was impressive, to be honest. Jennifer Lopez and her tribute to Celia Cruz.

Una que es todo lo contrario a Ke$ha para mí, pero que hay que destacar la presentación de anoche, simplemente me dejó sin palabras su tributo a Celia Cruz, miradlo....

1) But by critic and public there was a performance that received most of the praises, Christina Aguilera and the band A Great Big World. It´s true that the song is a featuring of Aguilera (again! Moves Like Jagger, Feel this Moment....) but the song by itself didn´t take off on the charts, and guess what? Right now its in the first place! Soooooo deserved Aguilera, you´re still in the game after 15 years!

Mi querida Christina ,cómo te "robaste" la noche el Domingo!!. Todos los medios alaban la pedazo de presentación que hizo con la banda A great big World. Vale!! Es cierto que vuelve a ser una colaboración de la artista, y van....8000. Pero sin ella esta vez el tema no estaría funcionando como lo está haciendo ahora mismo, prueba de ello es que el single tiene 2 meses y hasta que no se hizo el duo con la Aguilera, no se había comido una mierda!. Grande Aguilera grande!!!

King of france/ El artista francófono por excelencia.

Ahead of Daft Punk, Mylene Farmer,etc,etc is one rising artist in french music who did his breaktrought in music several years ago with the popular "Alors on Danse", his name is Stromae.
And this year is, by far, his year in our neighbour country.
"Racine Caréer" was released last August and it has spent 10 non consecutive weeks in the top spot of the album chart in France, moreover, the first two singles form the album took also the first position in the single chart. Wao!
So here it´s what french people listen nowadays....

Este año, la música francesa tiene un nombre propio Stromae, si bien es cierto que ha sido el año del revival de Daft Punk, franceses solo de procedencia porque todo su disco "Random Access Memories" está en un perfecto inglés. Volviendo al belga, su álbum ha conseguido ser número 1, 10 semanas consecutivas, vamos un #PabloAlborán en potencia. Y sus dos primeros singles también consiguieron ubicarse en el nº1 de las listas francesas.

Awwwwwwwwww!!!! She´s f**ing back! hehehe. Lilly Allen, the foul-mouthed singer with whom I fall in love 7 years ago return to music stronger than ever!
Totally unexpected for me, and thanks to her today is a better day for me :P.
The song called "Hard out here" is a satiric critique about music nowadays and the oversexualization of women in the music-videos all sweetened by her perfect voice.
Ok today I cannot judge the song properly because I´m so hyped-up hhehehe.....but I found it PERFEEECT!
Do I seem I missed her? Yessssssssss.

Coño!! Qué ganas tenía de escuchar a esta mujercilla! La deslenguada por excelencia del reino de la música regresa a la escena musical con un single que me ha alegrado el día ,la semana y casi el mes jajaja....Vale es cierto que no me lo esperaba y que ya la he reproducido unas 20 veces, pero creo que es simplemente PERFECTA de cabo a rabo, una crítica a la música actual y al papel sexualizado de la mujer en todos los vídeos, todo aderezado con su voz tan suave y dulce que parece que te está diciendo guapo y bonito, cuando , en realidad, se está cagando en tus muertos XD!
Me encanta y sí se nota que la he echado de menos.

November is the big month in terms of releases of albums videogames films, etc.
In the last 3 weeks Gaga, Perry, Avril Lavigne, Bon Jovi...and others put their last works in stores.
But I´m becoming more and more alternative in music tastes since Pitbull , Flo Rida, Will-I-am, etc, dominate the mainstream music (finish them pleaseeee!)
They are criticized because they always do the same kind of music ( f**k you haters!) but for me they could be doing the same music forever and ever....they are KEANE, and this week they´re releasing their first compilation album, and it´s a good day for you to discover (or remember) this english band.
Just a note, their first studio album , met with commercial success and critic acclaim, is inside the top 10 selling albums of this century in UK, and all of their studio albums take the 1st position there.

Noviembre es el gran mes de lanzamientos de entretenimiento de todas las clases, desde las superproducciones de cine, a los grandes pelotazos musicales o los videojuegos calificados AAA. En estas últimas semanas muchos artistas han lanzado álbumes, Celine, Gaga, Perry,Drake...Pero yo hoy le dedico el blog al lanzamiento de "Grandes Éxitos" de mi banda inglesa favorita. Keane.
Desde su debut no han conseguido llegar al nivel comercial y de críticas que lograron, y han sido criticados por no innovar demasiado, ¿pero para que cambiar cuando algo suena tan bien?
Hoy es un buen día para conocer/recordar a estos inglesitos!.

Justice for Nelly Furtado!! / ¡Justicia para la gran Nelly Furtado!

Yes, the last studio album of Nelly Furtado, "The Spirit Indestructible" was one of the most shocking commercial failures ever!, and I still can´t understand why.
Ok maybe it wasn´t her best work, specially considering that her last english studio album "Loose" is considered as one of the must have album of the 00´s and its shadow was quite large...

Si...El último trabajo de la Furtado "The Spirit Indestructible" ha sido uno de los mas impactantes fracasos comerciales de la historia musical, pero aún me encuenta entender el por qué...o por qué hasta ese grado.

Vale! Posiblemente no haya sido su mejor disco, especialmente considerando que su último álbum en inglés fue el impresionante "Loose" disco del que se extrayeron la friolera de 9 singles durante 3 años! toma ya.

Por tanto la sombra era muuuy larga.

During all of these years Nelly Furtado is probably the singer with "less balanced" career in mainstream music. She won the grammy for the best vocal performance in 2002 with her famous "I´m like a bird", and being one of the most talked newcomer in music industry by that time... then she flopped so hard with her second album , but then she released one of the most played albums ever by a female singer (and the best selling album of the past decade in huge markets like Germany where she is a kind of goddess), a couple of years later she dared to create a spanish album "Mi plan", well received by critics and fans, but with only one moderate success "Manos al aire".In the previous year I have to mention that she colaborated with James Morrison creating one of the most played radio songs ever in Uk...again in english, "Broken Strings" just a perfect ballad.
And yes, last year she released "The spirit indestructible" and nowadays the album has sold only 150.000 copies worldwide, how could this be real? specially for an artist that has sold more than 20 million copies of albums worldwide?
I have the answer, despite my dream it´s to work in music industry, sometimes this industry is so cruel. But she will be forever and ever one of my favourite artists, maybe I don´t mention her as much as Britney , Madonna or Björk but she is written in my life ;D Thanks Furtado!!!

Durante todos estos años Nelly posiblemente haya sido la artista con una carrera menos equilibrada del pop comercial. Ganó un grammy con su primer hit internacional "Im like a bird" y estaba en boca de todos, un par de años después lanzó su segundo disco que fue un auténtico fracaso comparado con las ventas y repercusión del primer disco, y de nuevo volvía al mayor éxito internacional que ha tenido con "Loose" un álbum que es simplemente perfecto de principio a fin, y que con canciones como "Te busqué" "All good things come to an end" y especialmente una de las canciones mas descargadas y exitosas, me atrevería a decir de la historia, "Say it right" se ubicaba como la solista femenina mas vendedora del 2007, en el 2008 lanzó la preciosa "Broken Strings" con James Morrison, un hit en todo el mundo y en España sonó hasta en la sopa, en 2009 se atrevía con un disco en español( sí la tía es atrevida y arriesgada jeje :P) y se dió un "ostión" en los charts pero nos dejó temazos como "Manos al aire" o "Bajo otra luz" pero fue el año pasado cuando se hundió en los mas oscuro con "The Spirit indestructible"....y no! no hay justicia en el mundo de la música, aunque para mi siempre sera mi Nelly Furtado, quizás no la mencione tanto como  a Britney o Madonna, pero forma parte de la BSO de mi vida :D. Gracias Furtado!

No matter that the video is a full of shit....The song is his best eeeeveeer! Even better than his signature song with guess who????? Rihanna and "We found love"  (lucky bitch :S). The music industry is soo mean...just because when you heard "we found love" automatically you associate the song with RiRi...but hell no!!! she´s only the performer of this gem, and Calvin is the creator...whatever that´s life!
There´s only a few dance songs that makes me shiver, and this is one of them, hope you enjoy it!!

OK! el vídeo es una soberana mierda, pero se trata de uno de los mejores singles (para mí el mejor) que el DJ británico ha creado en sus ya mas de 6 años de carrera. La "sortuda" de Rihanna tiene el honor de haber cantado uno de los temas mas icónicos de los últimos años "We found love", tema producido por Calvin Harris...pero ella se llevó todos los méritos, así es la música.
Desde luego esta canción esta en mi top 10 de canciones dance de todos los tiempos, y así de paso hago que se conozca un poco mas la carrera del gran Calvin Harris.

Written by the great Sia the song is really good, and yeah the wait for an uptempo single was worth it for all her fans!

Han pasado mas de 9 años desde la última balada de Britney Spears, y por fin se atreve a lanzar una como single! La canción, de la mano de Sia, está recibiendo buenas críticas por parte de fans y medios...y no le está yendo nada mal en itunes. A ver, que aunque parezca que odio a los cantantes masculinos no es verdad ehh! jajaj Aquí una selección de temas cantados por tíos que lo están petando ahora mismo.

1) The group One Republic will be remember for having one of the most sucsessful ballads of the 00´s "Apologize" but they also have some nice songs that achieve success like "Stop and Stare" and "Good life"
But their last single "Counting stars" bring them back the popularity they´ve lost in recent years.
I play the song on repeat since last month and it´s even growing on me....and in my country!

This week will be released the new album of the canadian singer Celine Dion, and today i heard the full album...and it´s even better than I thought.
She has never  been one of my favourite or most listened singers, but I will be a fool if I don´t recognize her as one of the greatest female singers of all time.
Talking about the album I specially like "Loved me back to life" the first single of the album, and "Somebody loves somebody" wich could be an international hit with a little promotion. Here are the two songs...

Esta semana se estrena lo nuevo de Celine Dion, y hoy que escuché el disco al completo, he de decir que merece una escucha, desde luego.
Es cierto que nunca ha sido una de mis artistas mas escuchadas ni favoritas, pero sería de ser un necio no destacar su aportación a la música internacional desde los años 80, siendo mucho más que "la cantante de Titanic". El album que está lleno de power-ballads pero adaptadas a los tiempos que corren, deja a mi parecer unas cuantas joyas,"Loved me back to life" y "Somebody loves somebody", esta última puede ser un hit internacional de todas todas....

Impossible or Impossible?James Arthur or Shontelle?

Since  last Dicember when i first heard the cover by James Arthur I´ve been asking myself this question....which is better, the original or this version?
The original song was released in 2010 and since the first day that I discovered it in a US music forum, I was i love...I usually hate covers and specially when they are released only a couple years after the original one and even more when they "overshadow" them....but it didn´t happen with the version by this english guy, it´s even better than the Shontelle version (sorry Shontelle :S) and people will remember better this one rather tan the original....that´s life!
In my country is one of the most downloaded songs of the year and listened tracks on radio, and it´s worth it, really.


Desde el pasado Diciembre que escuché la versión de"Impossible" del ganador de Xfactor UK me pregunté si la versión era mejor que la original o no....
La original, cantada por Shontelle fue un éxito notable mundialmente, aquí en España se escuchó también, y cuando la escuché poco después de que saliera me quedé prendado de ella y de la letra....Suelo ser muy poco partidario de los covers que tienen más éxito que la canción original, pero en este caso la versión del inglés es incluso mejor que la original.....la verdad :S. Y estoy seguro, aunque sea injusto, que la gente recordará mucho más esta versión que la anterior...
Aquí en España, ha sido uno de los hits del año, sin duda.

One of the greatest singer of my country died at the age of 82 but his legacy will remain during the time....
Obviously the music has changed through the years so rigth now this type of music could sound old-fashioned but we have to appreciate the work of this big man.
RIP Escobar.

Uno de los cantantes mas importantes de España ha muerto a la edad de 82 años, pero su legado permanecerá por los restos....Que la música actual poco o nada tiene que ver con estas canciones, sería de ser un estúpido no valorar su aportación a la música española....

"Don´t judge a book by it´s cover" will be perfect for the new single by the great Gaga.
I´m tired of the overuse of the sex in music nowadys ( screwww you Cyrus :P:P haha kidding) but beside the image they´ve choose as the cover for the single, the quality of the song is high and different from what she has done in recent years. It has a R&B vibe all over and the song will perform sooooo nice in USA, as we can see in itunes right now (one of the fastest sons to take the #1 spot).

No hay que juzgar un libro por su portada ....jaja! Esto sería perfecto para lo nuevo de Gaga, ok, en la portada sale bien grande su culo ( señor culo ehhh) y aunque uno está cansado del excesivo uso del sexo en la música (cuánto daño ha hecho Miley Cyrus xDD) el tema es muy bueno. la verdad, y aunque parezca imposible es diferente a lo último que ha creado la diva gay en los últimos años. Tiene una vibra muy R&B y ya ha conseguido el número 1 en itunes USA donde seguramente sea el país en el que más guste el tema...Aunque yo estoy encantado con el tema desde hace 1 hora jajaja.

WTF are you doing with your career releasing videos half a year after the radio release and appearing in the whole video almost naked and "doing" a Miley attitude??
Nonsense....
The song itself is one of my favourite tracks of her last album "Unapologetic", but the video is like watching a video of a cheap stripper doing pole dancing.....The final result is something rude and look like a bad joke.

Vergüenza ajena ...Eso es lo que me da Rihanna ahora mismo. No se que c**nes hace lanzando vídeos medio año después de que el single se estrenara en los USA y apareciendo de esa guisa...cual zorrilla barata T_T.
