The great Avicii / El gran Avicii

The swedish DJ "has quited" Gaga and Perry for the top position of itunes worldwide with his last single "Wake me up" ft Aloe Blacc. The song is the number 1 selling song right now....and obvioulsy is well deserved. 

The vocals of Aloe Blacc are simply perfect plus the magnificent of the melody done by Avicci have contributed the song as being called the summer anthem of 2013 above "Blurred Lines" (the other big hit of the summer). Moreover the song is far away from peaking in the charts, as we can see in Billboard where the song is rising fast in the list!

Here it is "Wake me up", the perfect tune for this summer.

El cada vez mas conocido DJ sueco ha rebatado el trono de itunes a Katy Perry y Lady Gaga con su último "pelotazo" "Wake me up". La perfección de la voz de Aloe Blacc y la melodía marca de la casa del sueco han sido la combinación perfecta para que la canción haya llegado al número 1 en 22 países....y lejos de haber llegado a la cima, el single no deja de subir en la mayoría de países del mundo. Tal es así que ha sido nombrado canción del verano 2013, por encima del hit de lo que va de año "Blurred Lines".

....So if Madonna had released the single in 2013 would it being her biggest hit ever?? Probably not....but you have to agree with me about the relevance of the Queen of Pop.

The comeback of Gaga / El regreso de Gaga

 

On last Monday Katy Perry officialy released "Roar" and the song has achieved massive success so far in the different music markets, moreover the critics have been good for the song, praising the empowering of the lyrics.....

But yesterday the other "big monster" of pop released her new single...previously announced for 19th August, but due to the unnofficial leaked of the single, her company decide to launch it earlier.

Who is that girl? ( wink to Madonna´s hit song heheh :P)

Her name is Lady Gaga and has been an icon since 2008 (interestingly the same year as Katy Perry appeared in the music scene)

With the unexpected release of the song "Applause", she has pushed away Perry for the top position in the major of the itunes charts. However in the biggest world market (USA) the difference between Katy´s song and "Applause" is still high.

But the fight has already started!!! who will win?? We´ll see....

And here is "Applause" , the number 1 selling song nowadays in more than 50 countries.....enjoy!!!

Today is my bday! and one of the best presents i could have had is the official release of a new song by one of the most important pop icons nowadays....Katy Perry!!
Her new single,called "Roar", is a catchy pop song created by the great Dr Luke and Max Martin, whose songs have achieved worldwide success troughout the years, from "Baby one more time" to "Tik Tok" or "Firework"( the signature song of Katy Perry)
Moreover the lyric-video of the song is so unique , and I smell a new biiiigggggg hit for Miss Perry.

Hello everyone!!/ ¡Hola a todos!

Después de "tropecientos" años diciéndome a mí mismo, y mi gente más cercana,que tenía que hacerme un blog de música, ha llegado el día en el que me inicio en esto de la blogosfera (o como se diga jeje)
La idea es ir publicando entradas relacionadas con lanzamientos musicales, charts/ventas y futuros éxitos que fijo que sonarán en España.
Entre mis amigos y conocidos soy un poco como el "visionario" de los futuros éxitos que sonaran en radios, y eso se debe a mi afán obsesivo por entrar en páginas y foros internacionales de música, como ATRL o la misma Billboard
Espero hacer un blog ameno y enterarme (soy muyyy rubio para estas cosas jaja) de todo lo relacionado con cómo funciona y demás.

Quiero estrenar el blog con la que para mí se está consolidando como la futura revelación de este 2013.
Es neozelandesa, muy jovencita, y su primer single que ya ha sido un éxito en su país natal, empieza a sonar con fuerza en USA y ya sabemos el efecto expansivo que tiene algo si gusta en los Estados Unidos....
